Warning: this post may take ages to load

So I'm wondering how many photos I can include in one post. I haven't posted in a while so I have quite a variety of pics. Hmm, I wonder if I'll even remember all the occasions. ;-)

Today makes 23 weeks and 3 days (as far as my pregnancy goes). It has been marked by a pretty severe backache. Perhaps that's because I haven't been to the chiropractor for 3 weeks. First I was sick (or "ill"...which also included being "sick" in the British sense of the word. In fact, I even threw up in the store a couple weeks ago), then there was the communion (we had Mr. A. MacPherson with us) and I was sick, and this week, it's the holidays so everyone is closed...and I'm still sick. So needless to say, I haven't managed a trip to the chiropractor for quite a while. It doesn't help that he's only open 4 days a week, for a couple hours a day. I think I said in my last post that Caleb and I had both contracted a cold, and I think mine turned into a respiratory infection and then I got a stomach virus on top of that. Anyway, I've been on an antibiotic for the past 5 days, so we'll see if that helps at all. Okay, enough about all that!!!

The oldest photo in this post is from a few weeks ago. Nat somehow managed to talk us into meeting him, John, Samuel, Sarah, Josh, Anna and Gerrit at Saltgrass Steakhouse--even though Caleb was pretty sick, and I hate steak. We ended up having a nice time and fortunately they served a few things other than steak. :)

The second oldest photo is this one--Josh kindly giving my Del Sol a much-needed bath:

Then we have a photo from a very enjoyable evening at James and Hayley's. I thought it was funny that Caleb and James wore very similar shirts!

The rest of the photos are fairly recent. On Monday, Sarah went with me to take Mr. MacPherson to the airport and we waited around for a couple hours until Nome arrived. Then on Tuesday we went to Aunt Terry's house for Samuel's birthday party:

Here's what happens when Caleb gets ahold of the camera.....

On Wednesday we took Nome to the Houston Museum of Natural Science to see an IMAX about the Grand Canyon. It involved wearing very special 3D glasses, as Sarah and I demonstrate:

After the IMAX we met some friends at the Hong Kong Mall/Market in Houston where we had a Vietnamese meal and very delicious smoothies for dessert.

Here's Melody - she's such a doll:

Josiah actually enjoyed eating a fresh lime!

Last night we went to Caleb's mom and dad's for supper and had a really nice time. Tomorrow we're hoping to meet them (and Jesh and Ben) at the Houston Aquarium...along with Sharon, Elijah and Noah, who surprised everyone by driving down to Texas!! They arrived around 1:30 this morning, I think.

I guess I ought to get off the computer. It's probably not helping my back feel any better.

Cheers for now!

Hey Leah, hope you don't mind, I'm copying some of these pics to print - since I managed to delete all my pics from the Grand Canyon and Vietnam! Typical me. Have you got any others you could e-mail me? Don't worry if not. Hope you're feeling better!
Missing you lots :'(
